Kurtel, No Regular Play, Le Loup and Damien Lazarus in recent months unleashed the sort
of electronic subversion expected of club spots as developed as London or Berlin, but not
Middlesbrough - a large industrial town deep within the gusty climes of North Yorkshire.
Promotions teams Re-Volt, S.O.S, Label and, more recently, Louche have been the main
offenders, fanning flames of Middlesbrough's up-and-coming club scene enough to score
a place for the club in this year's poll."
